We will properties be handed over in a clean condition?

We will try to ensure that all properties are handed over in a clean/tidy condition at the start of tenancy, however please be aware that in most cases of student properties previous tenants may only have vacated on 30th June and therefore tenants wishing to move in on or around the 1st July may have cleaning and maintenance being carried out around them.

Most student tenancies start on 1st July. If previous tenants only move out on 30th June, there may be some cleaning or maintenance taking place around the start of your tenancy, but we’ll always aim to have the property ready for you.

This varies by property, so always check what’s included before you sign. We’ll make sure everything is clearly set out in your tenancy agreement.
