When will the property be ready for move-in?
We aim to have all properties handed over in a clean and ready condition ahead of your move-in date. If any maintenance is needed, we’ll always keep you informed.
Do I need a guarantor?
This depends on your circumstances. If you don’t have a UK-based credit history or previous landlord reference, we may ask for a guarantor, or accept rent paid in advance instead.
What's included in my rent?
This varies by property, so always check what’s included before signing. We’ll set this out clearly in your tenancy agreement.
How do I report a maintenance issue?
Simply get in touch with our team and we’ll log it and keep you updated. We aim to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
