At Bristol Lettings (Digs), we’re proud members of Propertymark, and the only student letting agent in Bristol to hold this accreditation. Membership means our team follows a strict code of conduct covering client money, deposits and communication, and we’re regularly audited to make sure we’re meeting those standards, not just claiming to. It also gives our landlords and tenants access to independent redress through The Property Ombudsman, should anything ever need resolving.
For us, Propertymark membership isn’t just a certificate on the wall. It’s a commitment to being held to a higher standard than the law strictly requires, and to giving our landlords and tenants real assurance that they’re working with a business that takes that responsibility seriously.
The Property Ombudsman
TPO(The Property Ombudsman) offers an impartial and independent service to resolve disputes between consumers and property agents. Its Code of Practice is widely regarded as a benchmark for fairness, transparency, and professionalism within the residential property sector.
As a registered member of The Property Ombudsman, Bristol Lettings (Digs) upholds the highest standards of ethical practice.
