Our Step by Step Process

Property Evaluation
Initially we would need access to the property to make an evaluation. You can accompany us or just leave us the keys.

Make Contact
We’ll give you a call and run through everything at this stage. The best type of tenants to suit the property and generate the best income.

Review Rent
Often if the property has been let previously the rent has been too low, or too high and hence you’ve struggled to keep it occupied.

Property Improvements
If you haven’t seen the property for a while, there are often simple improvements that will make the property far more appealing & easy to let. We can discuss all of this with you.

Contract Approval
Once we have agreed timeframes and the type of service that best suits you, we will send you a contract and are ready to start the marketing process.

Property Marketing
We will place the property on Rightmove, plus our own website and others if needed, once we receive firm interest we will discuss the options with you.

Compliance Checks
We carry out all the compliance and legislation related to the tenancy and the tenants, this is extremely comprehensive and does need an expert.

Property Inventory
A thorough inventory with plenty of pictures of the property is done before the tenants can move in. This protects you from any damage that maybe caused.

Team Introductions
During this process we will ensure you are introduced to your property manager and finance team. These teams are critical as they will manage and maintain your property and then pay rents across to you.
